Why use a Hologram / What is a Hologram?
A hologram is a two or three - dimensional photograph made with the aid of a laser.

Do I need to take any of the chips off when I take a shower?

We are in the process of testing placebo controlled studies - clinical testing and results will be forthcoming. However, as of this time the CieAura Chip has not been clinically tested. Are CieAura chips ok to use on pets?
Yes, animal acupuncture points are different than humans so you may need to experiment with your pet to get the desired results. The Pure Relief chip works the same – place them right on the point of pain.

Are there any negative side effects?
No; The CieAura Chips do not introduce new things into your body. There are no drugs or chemicals and they do not create anything that your body doesn’t already have. Can I wear more than one Pure Relief chip on a painful area?
The best way to use the Pure Relief is to place the chip directly on the point of pain. If, in about 5 minutes the pain is not significantly reduced or gone, then place another chip on the body directly on the opposite side of the effected area. For example, if the pain is on the top part of the wrist, the second chip would go on the underside of the same wrist. It would be like you had a direct line or arrow straight through your affected area from one chip to the other. If, after an additional 5 to 10 minutes, there is no significant relief adding more chips will not be of any significant value. Sometimes on a large area such as the lower back 3 or 4 chips can be used and the effectiveness is increased; however on a leg often the third chip will reduce the effectiveness of the first two. Usually a maximum of two pain management chips is recommended, however every body is different.

Can I wear more than one Rest Quiet chip at bed time?
Yes, but typically it is not necessary. A positive side effect of the Rest Quiet product is that after 3 or 4 nights of usage, it will often reduce or eliminate snoring. Wearing two chips (one on each temple) seems to reduce or eliminate snoring in the most difficult cases. However this is not an “anti-snoring” chip. It is meant only to allow a person to have a deep and restful sleep… any positive thing to do with snoring is merely a bonus.

Can someone who wears a pacemaker use CieAura Holographic Chips?

If the adhesive on the Holographic Chip isn't sticking very well, what are the possible causes & solutions?
If the adhesive on the Holographic Chip is not sticking well, here are a few possible causes:
  • The chips do not stick when I work out – When the body is sweating nothing including a band aid will stick. Very few things will stick to a wet surface.
  • The chips do not stick when I remove them and try to put them back on later. - The glue on the chips was not designed to be removed and then reused. Though the chip itself may still be effective, the glue was not designed to accommodate this.
  • Why doesn't the chip flex and stick like band aids? – Our holographic chips are a stiff plastic. They are not flexible like a band aid. When placed on a flexible part of the body, they will not stick as well as if the chips were flexible. Second, there is an issue of people with thinner, oilier, or drier skin. Thinner skin can result in torn skin if the glue is too strong.
We have been and will continue to work with the manufacturer to find glue that will work even better than what we are now using. However, if you are experiencing problems with the adhesive, we recommend you use band aid, new skin, or clear or fabric tape. Another suggestion: The chip has to be 1-2 inches from the body to be activated and effective. If some skin surfaces do not work well, sometimes sticking it on a layer of an under clothing might be better.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t arrive in a normal time frame depending on the shipping method you selected, please let us know so we can research your order and get it to you ASAP. You can contact us through Live Chat on the Support Center homepage, submit a ticket, or email us at support@cieaura.com. Please have your invoice# ready along with the shipping address.
If you selected a shipping method that offers tracking services, you can locate this information on the invoice appearing in the Order History section of your Virtual Office. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time an order is placed for this information to appear.
There is a 24 hour turn around from the time an order is placed until the time the order is shipped, however we try to send orders out the same day when you place an order on Monday thru Friday before 10AM Eastern. If you place an order on Monday thru Friday after 10 AM Eastern it will go out on the next business day. Please note that if an order is placed on a Friday after 10AM Eastern or Saturday or Sunday it will not go out until Monday which is the next business day.

When am I sent product if I placed a monthly autoship order?
When setting up a monthly autoship order, both customers and retailers can choose which day of every month you would like your autoship sent (whether its on the 1st of the month, the 2nd, or the 15th the month, you can decide which day). Your Virtual Office allows you to choose any day between the 1st to the 26th to ensure it’s processed on the same day of every month.
Once the monthly autoship order is set, you have full control of your monthly order. Through your virtual office, you can make any change necessary including:
• Changing the product & quantity
• Changing the billing information
• Changing the shipping information
• Stopping the monthly autoship order
These controls are located in the Virtual Office by clicking on Orders and My Autoship Order.

How do Preferred Customers manage their monthly autoship order?
Preferred Customers are given a limited Virtual Office so they can have total control of their monthly autoship order. They can make changes or cancel their order at anytime. The can log into their account using the Virtual Office login page. By default their username is their ID# number.

International card shipment can take up to 25 business days for the card to arrive. (Direct Deposit available for US Retailers)

How do I receive CieAura email notifications with meetings, events and conference calls?
How do I submit an event or photo for posting on the website?
Retailers can submit the information for their CieAura event or photos, by logging into their Virtual Office and Click on Submit Event & Photos under the Marketing section.

  
Am I required to have a Payoneer Pay Card?
No, Payoneer can send your payments via a direct deposit of funds into your bank account. This option is available when clicking the Virtual Office link to request a Payoneer card and is only available for bank accounts located in the United States. Please note that fees will apply. 

Do I have to pay any fees including an activation fee with my new Payoneer Pay Card?

What are the BEST PRACTICES for registering and activating my new Payoneer Card?
Best Practices – Registration/Activation of the Payoneer Pay Card
New Card Registration:
  • Each retailer should register themselves or be present during the registration process if they need assistance to ensure privacy and security.
  • Enter valid First and Last Name as it appears on Government ID
  • Date of Birth as it appears on a Government ID
  • Enter a valid Email Address, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com, etc. Email address becomes the User Name for the My Account page. This is also necessary for communication between Payoneer and the retailer.
  • Valid Country, Address, City, Postal Code. Post Office Boxes not accepted alone. Must be accompanied by a valid Residential address.
  • Best contact Phone Number in case we need to contact the retailer.
  • Choose a unique Password. If registering through a leader or sponsor enter a unique password, do not allow anyone else including your leader/sponsor to choose one for you. Otherwise your account information will be compromised.
  • Select a Security Question and Answer, one that only you will remember.
  • Select the formal Identification you will use to register with: Passport, National ID, Driver’s License. Enter the name found on the ID (should be same as name entered in First and Last Name fields). The associated ID number shown on the ID card and the country of issuance. The ID you select should match the primary address you enter during card registration.
* Every user that successfully completes card sign up will receive a confirmation email from Payoneer. If we find the details entered at registration are not valid (address, ID number, etc.) we will request a Government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport or National ID) from the user to verify the details entered.
There are two ways to activate a card:

    Will the funds on my Global Cash Card be transferred to the Payoneer Pay Card?
    No, the last commission deposit to the Global Cash Card will be Friday October 22, 2010. Moving forward, commission will be loaded to the Payoneer Pay Card. Your Global Cash Card will remain active if there are still funds.


    How do I unsubscribe from the CieAura email notifications?
    All the email blasts come with a link to allow the recipient to easily unsubscribe themselves. It is located at the very top of all email blasts. Click there to unsubscribe.

    How does Compression work?
    How Compression works/calculates on a paid invoice
    A paid invoice creates a commission to be paid out.
    The CieAura software looks at the first upline:
          a. If that person is active and qualified they are paid on this invoice as "level 1".
              Note: The first upline person must be both active and qualified to receive that level of payment.
          b. As a result, the higher levels of payout generally have more compression since fewer people will be qualified at that level.
          c. If they are not active and qualified, it goes up to the next person (compressing the not active and the not qualified out of the earnings calculation)
    Example of Compression:
    • Joe Smith's sponsor is Jane Doe
    • Jane Doe's sponsor is Mike Jones
       
    • Joe Smith is active and qualified.
    • Mike Jones is active and qualified.
    • Jane Doe is not active and not qualified.
    Joe Smith has generated a paid invoice (1234) that has commissions to be paid out.
    Since Jane Doe is not active and not qualified then she will not receive commission pay on invoice 1234.
    The paid invoice 1234's commission will go upline to Mike Jones as he is active and qualified.


    **Note**
    Jane Doe's spot is not moved from the downline - the commission payment simply skips over her and goes upline funtil it reaches an active and qualified Retailer in the upline.

    The CieAura software continues upline until it reaches someone that is active and qualified who then receives the associated payment on that particular invoice as "level 1" and so forth for each level.
    The compression process occurs where needed for each paid invoice until it pays one person at each of the levels that is reflected in your compensation plan: One person is paid at level 1, One person is paid at level 2, One person is paid at level 3, One person is paid at level 4, and so forth.
    Some times an invoice doesn't pay one of the higher levels if there aren't enough people qualified (after the compression is put into place) to be paid on that particular paid invoice.
    **Note** The company will pay only 1 person for each level per each invoice. Compression will never result in "overpaying", it will result in paying out the expected amount on each invoice.
    Compression is used to prevent punishing people for inactive Retailers below them. Without compression if a Retailer had all their levels filled with inactive people only (or mostly), they would earn nothing or next to nothing even if they are still recruiting people and building their business.
    Example of Compression (paying Multiple Levels):
    • Joe Smith's sponsor is Jane Doe
    • Jane Doe's sponsor is Mike Jones
    • Mike Jones' sponsor is Kelly Clark
    • Kelly Clark's sponsor is Ted Thomas
    • Ted Thomas' sponsor is Dan Daniels
       
    • Joe Smith is active and qualified.
    • Mike Jones is active and qualified.
    • Dan Daniels is active and qualified.
    • Jane Doe is not active and not qualified.
    • Kelly Clark is not active and not qualified.
    • Ted Thomas is not active and not qualified.

    **Note**
    Regardless if compression is used on some of the levels or all of the levels the CieAura software calculates accordingly.
    Why does a distributor receive more level 1 than is allowed WIDE in the compensation plan?
    **in this example we are stating the compensation plan max is 5 wide on their level 1**
    An individual may earn commissions on "level 1" more than 5 times due to compression. If a distributor has several inactive people under them then that distributor may earn the "level 1" commission from several invoices (more then 5 wide on level 1 width max).
    Example:
    User: Joe Smith (active and qualified)
    Personally enrolled his max 5 wide on the first level Joe1 (INACTIVE and UNQUALIFIED), Joe2 (active and qualified), Joe3 (active and qualified), Joe4 (active and qualified), and Joe5 (active and qualified).
    His 5 people have 5 wide personally enrolled (total of 25 we are calling all active and all qualified on Joe Smith's level 2)
    When Joe1 goes inactive and unqualified his 5 people and their paid invoices will compress upline and Joe Smith will receive the Level 1 commissions on all the paid invoices directly under Joe1 (inactive and unqualified).

    **In this example Joe Smith would have level 1 pay from his 4 active and qualified distributors PLUS the 5 active and qualified people of Joe1 as he is NOT active or qualified. TOTAL level 1 pay for Joe Smith would be 9 commission earnings for this commission period.
    **Note** The company is still paying per the compensation plan at the rate of exactly 1 person earns commissions per each level for each paid invoice.

    How does the “Holding Tank” placement option work?
    If the Holding Tank placement option is selected, when a new retailer enrolls the sponsor will receive an email notifying them that they have a new retailer in their Holding Tank. The sponsor has 48 hours to select a placement for their new retailer. If no placement is selected within 48 hours, the new retailer will be automatically placed on the Pay Team.
    To select the placement of your new retailer in the Holding Tank, visit the “My Genealogy” section of your Virtual Office. Any retailers in the Holding Tank will appear in the upper section of this page. Click on their name to select a specific place in your genealogy. Or use the “Bottom Left” and “Bottom Right” button to place the new retailer at the bottom of either of those legs.

    If I am a CieAura Independent Retailer, how can I submit my reseller’s permit/license to have it on file with CieAura?
    To submit a reseller's permit/license, please fax this document along with your retailer ID# to 818-230-9814. Allow 2-3 business days for processing. Please make sure the name on the document matches the personal name and business name on your CieAura account. Contact your local state and county agencies for further information on how to obtain a reseller's permit.

    If I am an Independent Retailer, can I use social media sites like Facebook, and Twitter to promote CieAura?
    Yes, we absolutely support the promotion of  CieAura in social media sites. It’s perfectly fine to mention CieAura on a social media profile site; however once you start to promote CieAura in any way, you must disclose very clearly that you are a CieAura Independent Retailer. You cannot use  CieAura corporate logos, you must use the CieAura Independent Retailer logos provided in the forum and in the Virtual Office Resources section. This information (CieAura Independent Retailer) should be posted in your social media profile bio and in text in close proximity to any  CieAura announcement, event, product information or testimonial.
    You must also provide necessary product or income disclaimers if you are sharing personal stories about your experience with  CieAura products or opportunity. If you are unsure if the information you are sharing is compliant with CieAura’s Policies and Procedures, please send it to compliance@cieaura.com for approval.

    If I purchase a Premium Advantage pack, do I automatically qualify for any matching bonuses?
    Yes, you are automatically qualified for (7) levels of matching bonuses for the first 6 months from the date the Premium pack is purchased.

    Is it required for Retailers to have a monthly autoship order?
    In order to remain Active and continue to receive Team Sales, Matching Bonus, & Global Bonus Pool commissions you now need to meet your PSV (Personal Sales Volume) requirement every month. To be active, you must have generated 30 PSV in the last 30 days.
    Your PSV requirement can be met by Retail Sales from your personal CieAura Website, Preferred Customers, or through your own personal purchases.
    We recommend Autoship, so that every month, you are sure to never to run out of products for yourself, your family, and to help you continue to build your business.
    Please review the Compensation Plan document to be sure your monthly PSV matches the level of your CieAura business.

    What is PSV and how do I earn it?
    PSV is Personal Sales Volume
    PSV can be a combination of sales to retail buyers, Preferred Customers (retail buyers who are on a monthly auto-ship), or personal purchases made through your Virtual Office. Personal purchases can be for either personal or family use, for person-to-person retail sales or to sample out to assist in building your business. We recommend personal Autoship so that you ensure that you are always qualified for and receive all earned commissions and bonuses.

    When do I get paid commissions?
    We pay every Friday . Commissions are paid via the Global Cash Card. We load the commissions to your Payoneer Pay Card This card is sent out once you have generated $15 or more in commission and can take 7-14 days to arrive.

    When does CieAura’s commission week start and finish?
    A commission week runs from Sunday at 12:00 AM CST thru Saturday at 11:59:59 PM CST.
    Commissions are paid on every Friday, two weeks in arrears, with the exception of the Global Bonus Pool which is paid once per month, one month in arrears, on the third Friday of each month.

    When is the Global Bonus Pool paid?
    Global Bonus Pool is paid monthly on the third Friday following the calendar month GBP was earned. For example, Global Bonus Pool earned in June would be paid the third Friday of July with your regular commissions.

    Why am I not receiving email notifications from CieAura?
    You are automatically subscribed to receive CieAura email notifications when you enroll as a retailer. If you are not receiving weekly email notifications from CieAura, please make sure we have your correct email address. You can update your email address in the “My Account Info” section of your Virtual Office.
    If you continue to experience problems receiving these emails, here are a few things you can check:
    -Check your spam/junk mail folders. Sometimes these emails end up there instead of your inbox.
    -If you use an email program (like Outlook), please log into your webmail account or contact your email administrator to make sure there are no spam/junk mail filters before the email arrives to your email program.
    -If you have received an email notification from CieAura, and you forward it to somebody else, they can remove your email from our notification list if they click on “Unsubscribe” on the email you sent them. Please be careful forwarding these emails to other people.

    How can I change my website address/username?
    You can change your username/website name in the Virtual Office section of your CieAura website. In your Virtual Office, click on My Account Info and click Edit My Personal Info. In the box titled Login Username you can make changes to your username and click Submit to save the changes.




    How can I change the landing (or "splash") page of my CieAura website?
    The landing (or “splash”) page is the first page visitors will see when they visit your website. We have provided our retailers with a variety of different splash pages which cater to different clientele. To preview or change these splash pages, follow the instructions below.
    Once you log into your Virtual Office, here are the steps to customize your splash page along with the contact information displayed on your website.
    Step 1: Click on the "Replicated Site" Link which is located under the Marketing tab at the top of the page.
    Step 2: Click on the "Edit" button
    Step 3: Personalize your contact information by filling out these boxes. This information will show up on the contact page of your replicated website.

    How can I change the display on my Virtual Office homepage, like hiding my check display?
    You can change your Virtual Office homepage display by clicking on the Homepage Setting button, located in the Marketing section of your Virtual Office.

    How do I change my account information (like my address, email, etc)?
    You can edit the general information on your CieAura account using your Virtual Office. In the Virtual Office section of your CieAura website, click on My Account Info and click Edit My Personal Info. After making changes to the information located here,  Submit to save the changes.



    How do I change my Virtual Office password?
    The password can be changed in the Virtual Office profile settings under My Account Info. Click on "Change Password".

    How do I change the country on the shipping and billing address for my account?
    You can edit the country on your account billing and shipping address by logging into your Virtual Office, Click on “My Account Info“ and “Edit Address Info“ as shown below.
    Select the correct country for BOTH your shipping and billing address. Please verify the rest of your address is correct and click “Submit”
    IMPORTANT: If you have a monthly autoship order, please change the country on the autoship order if necessary. From your Virtual Office click on “Orders” and “My Autoship Orders” and from there you can click on “Edit” to make the necessary changes.

    How do I get the password for my virtual office?
    If you forgot your password, please visit any CieAura website and click on "Virtual Office" and then "Forget Password".

    How do I use the invite link from my Virtual Office Genealogy?
    In your Virtual Office, My Genealogy, click on the "Sponsor someone into this spot!" link on the spot you would like this person to go. That will open a new window with the enrollment page. Copy the website address showing at the top of your browser, and paste it into an email to send to the person you would like to enroll.

    If I am a retailer, how can I view my retail customers?
    You can view your retail customers through the Virtual Office. After logging into your Virtual Office, click on View My Team, My Genealogy and then click on Retail Customers.


    If I’m a Qualified Trainer, how can I view all of the other Qualified Trainers in my organization?
    You can view this information in your Virtual Office, click on the Qualification Tab.
    There you will see the link that says “Click here for a list of current Qualified Trainers within your personal genealogy.”

    You can locate Marketing tools in the Virtual Office. After logging into your Virtual Office, click on Marketing and Resources.

    CieAura Trial Pack - This attractive, protective envelope comes with an insert describing our core products. You can put however many chips you would like inside, and then write down the inventory and your contact information along with your website address in the space provided so your new customer or retailer knows how to contact you when they need more Chips. The Trial Packs are available through your Virtual Office in the Orders section.
    CieAura Sample Pack - This pack already has 2 of each of our core products inside along with an insert describing the products. The envelope provides a space for you to write down your contact information along with your website address. The Sample Packs are available through your Virtual Office in the Orders section.
    Please avoid handing out sample Chips unless they come in one of these packs.
